📚 Mrs. Kali’s class started their day with Mrs. Pool reading the tall tale of the infamous Paul Bunyan. The students loved learning about all the exaggerations in his story!
📝The students also worked on the draft for their fictional narrative. The kiddos have come up with some great stories that include dialogue between characters!
🧮 For math, they extended their knowledge of measuring with a STEM Project! Students were challenged to build a structure out of straws using specific measurements. It was awesome watching them problem solve and measure accurately!

Don't forget to join us Monday night, 5-7 PM, on the elementary campus for STEM night! This is a student and community event; we would love to see you all there!

📝Mrs. Kali’s class is back at it again with writing. This time, they are planning on writing a fictional narrative! Students spent the day planning and getting their ideas out, then they wrote and illustrated their ideas for their characters, setting, and plot.
